How this estimate works
Time freed = orders × manual minutes ÷ 60 × automation target. Time value = hours freed × hourly team cost. Avoided issue costs = orders × issue rate × extra cost per issue × prevention target. Fulfilment savings = orders × fulfilment cost × reduction target.
The total combines time value and avoided cash costs. It is not revenue, net profit, a quote or guaranteed savings. Excludes software, implementation, ongoing support, tax and financing costs. Targets may not be achievable and time freed may not reduce payroll. No currency conversion is applied.
