Documentation
Everything you need to go from install to first delivery — usually about 10 minutes.
1 · Install & onboarding
Install Waslio from the Shopify App Store. The onboarding wizard walks you through features, courier keys, and map settings. You can re-run any step later from Settings.
2 · Connect your couriers
In Settings → Couriers, add each courier you have an account with. Saving keys runs a live connection test — a courier becomes dispatchable only once it verifies. You can also add a courier without keys and fill them in later.
- noon Send — API key + outlet code from your noon account manager.
- Quiqup — client ID + secret from your Quiqup partner dashboard.
- Careem Express, Jeebly, Yango, swftbox, iMile, Aramex, Lyve, BARQ Fleet — credentials from each courier's business/partner team.
Each courier card shows a status webhook URL unique to your store — give it to the courier's team for instant status updates. The app also polls as a fallback, so nothing breaks without it.
3 · Dispatch a delivery
Three ways:
- Dashboard — type or scan the order number, confirm the drop-off pin on the map, dispatch.
- Order page — the "Request delivery" action under More actions, plus a live Delivery block showing status, courier, rider, and the dispatch trail.
- Auto-dispatch (Growth+) — orders dispatch when paid, or timed to the delivery slot your scheduling app writes on the order, with a configurable lead time.
4 · Drop-off accuracy
Waslio resolves the drop-off in priority order: confirmed pin → checkout-collected coordinates (COORDS or latitude/longitude order attributes) → a pin learned from a previous delivery to that address → geocoded address for you to confirm. Adjusted pins are remembered per address.
5 · Routing rules & the waterfall (Growth+)
In Settings → Routing, order your couriers and add rules by time window, zone, order tags, and auto/manual scope — first match wins. Set the waterfall window (e.g. 10 minutes): if an on-demand courier assigns no rider in time, the delivery cancels and re-dispatches to the next courier automatically, keeping the same tracking link.
6 · Pickup locations (Growth+)
Settings → Pickup locations: add branches by courier outlet code, address lookup, or a draggable pin. Pick the branch at dispatch time.
7 · Customer tracking & notifications
Every delivery generates a branded tracking page (logo, colors, fonts — Settings → Tracking page; custom domain on Growth+). Configure per-step customer emails in Settings → Customer notifications. Customers can rate the delivery afterwards; see Reviews in the app.
8 · Plans & billing
Free 30 deliveries/month · Starter 150 · Growth 1,500 · Pro 6,000. Beyond your quota, paid plans continue at a small per-delivery overage rate within the usage cap you approve. The referral program adds bonus deliveries.
9 · Demo mode
Add the noon courier with API key demo (any outlet code) — deliveries are fully simulated with a moving rider. Perfect for testing flows before going live.
Need help?
Use the in-app chat (Help & support) — free setup implementation is included with every plan: we connect your couriers, configure auto-dispatch and routing, and run a test delivery with you.
