Frequently asked questions
Setup, couriers, routing and billing — the questions merchants ask most.
Which couriers does Waslio support?
On-demand: noon Send, Quiqup, Careem Express, Jeebly, Lyve, Yango Delivery, and BARQ Fleet (KSA). Same-day and economy tiers: swftbox, iMile and Aramex. You connect your own account with each courier — Waslio never resells delivery. Couriers marked Beta are being validated with their sandbox environments.
Do I need my own courier accounts?
Yes — that's deliberate. You keep your negotiated rates and direct relationship; Waslio is the dispatch layer on top. If you don't have an account with a courier yet, message us in the app and we'll point you to the right onboarding contacts.
How does the app know where to send the rider?
In priority order: a pin previously confirmed for the order, exact coordinates your checkout collected, a pin remembered from an earlier delivery to the same address, or the shipping address geocoded onto a map for you to confirm. Pins you adjust are remembered, so accuracy improves with every delivery.
What is the dispatch waterfall?
Automatic failover. If the first courier doesn't assign a rider within your configured window, Waslio cancels that request and dispatches the next courier on your list — same tracking link for the customer, full attempt trail for you.
Can different orders go to different couriers?
Yes — routing rules match on time window, delivery zone, order tags, and whether the dispatch was automatic or manual. The first matching rule picks the courier priority list. (Growth plan and above.)
What does auto-dispatch do?
Orders dispatch automatically — the moment they're paid, or timed to the delivery slot your scheduling app (Zapiet, Scroll Engine, …) writes on the order, with a configurable lead time. Orders without a reliable pin are flagged for manual dispatch instead of guessing. (Growth and above.)
When is an order marked fulfilled?
When the rider picks up — never at dispatch. Fulfillment then progresses to Delivered automatically, and your customer can be emailed the live tracking link at pickup.
Can customers track their delivery?
Every delivery gets a branded tracking page: live rider map, progress steps, your logo, colors and fonts — optionally on your own domain. After delivery, customers can rate the experience and the ratings appear in your Reviews section.
I have multiple branches — supported?
Yes. Add pickup locations by outlet code, address, or a pin on the map, and choose the branch per dispatch. (Growth and above.)
What happens when I hit my plan's monthly limit?
On paid plans dispatching continues — extra deliveries bill at your plan's small per-delivery rate, with a fixed monthly maximum built into the plan — never more. On Free, dispatching pauses until the next month or an upgrade. Deliveries already on the road are never affected.
Can I try it without real riders?
Yes — add the noon courier and enter demo as the API key. Deliveries are fully simulated end-to-end, including a moving rider on the tracking map.
Is my data safe?
Courier API keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), tracking links use unguessable tokens, and uninstalling the app deletes your data. Details in the privacy policy.
