What Waslio is
Waslio is a mobile app that connects to an Odoo server that you or your employer run or subscribe to. It is a client for that server: what you can see and do in Waslio is decided by your Odoo user, your access rights and your Odoo's setup.
Using the app
- You need an Odoo 16 to 20 server and an API key from your own Odoo user. Odoo Online needs a plan that includes external API access (the Custom plan at the time of writing).
- Use the app only with Odoo servers and data you are allowed to access, and keep your API key private. If a key is lost or shared, delete it in Odoo.
- Do not use the app to break the law, to attack or overload a server, or to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Early access
Waslio is offered free while it is in early access. Some features (Quality, Sign, Approvals, Helpdesk and Ask AI) depend on Odoo Enterprise apps and are marked beta. We may add paid plans later; if we do, we will say so clearly in the app before you are asked to pay anything, and you will not be charged without your consent.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you or your employer and stays in your Odoo. See the privacy policy for what the app stores on your phone and what it sends to us (nothing except crash reports and update checks). Actions you take in the app change data in your Odoo, and Odoo's own rules and audit trail apply. Check important changes in Odoo.
No warranty, limits of liability
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it is error-free, always available or compatible with every Odoo customisation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the previous twelve months (which is nothing while it is free). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A. Waslio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Odoo S.A. Other names belong to their owners.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by signing out and deleting it. We may suspend access to the app or to updates if these terms are broken or the law requires it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of France, without affecting rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of where you live.
